What is the production time?: The production time starts when the artwork /photo and/or business card is received, the payment has been agreed upon and accepted. ALL photos should be in the form of JPEG or GIF with a resolution of 72 dpi or greater.
What type of payment do you accept? At this time, we only accept cash, or personal check, If paying by personal check, please allow 5-7 business days for your check to clear. There will be a $25.00 fee for all returned checks. Your order will be shipped once payment has been confirmed and your check has cleared the bank.
Do you charge a set-up fee? Yes, There is an initial set-up fee of $15.00. This fee is for the graphic and/or artistic design of your order as well as the complexity of your artwork.
How do you ship orders? We ship all orders through the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). All Priority or Overnight shipping fees are extra. If a "Cold Pak" is required, there will be a $10.00 fee added to the shipping costs. All prices DO NOT include shipping. All orders shipped to warmer climates will require you to be home to receive your shipment. We CAN NOT GUARANTEE any shipments to warmer climates that the customer is NOT HOME to receive their shipment.
Do you charge if I cancel my order? You will be charged for all artwork performed to the point of cancellation plus $25.00.
What do you charge for delivery? For orders placed within a 20 mile driving radius, the delivery fee will be $10.00. For all others, the fee will range from $15.00 to $50.00 depending on the distance and travel time.
What is your refund policy? We will replace items damaged only in TRANSIT. We will require you to return the damaged items at your expense and once received, we will replace the products if they are found to be damaged from our mishandling of your order. We will NOT replace nor give a refund if breakage occurs to the chocolate due to climate changes and/or they have dropped them after delivery and acceptance has been made. Our chocolates should be kept/stored in a cool, dry enviroment. Should they get too cold, moisture gets into the packaging, they may change color and break very easy. Should the chocolates get too warm, they will melt. We will not be responsible for the chocolates once delivery and acceptance has been made. We will make every effort to replace chocolates that have been damaged from our mishandling, but we are unable to replace chocolates that are mishandled on your end. If you request a refund, the chocolates must be returned to us at your expense and you will receive a refund minus any and all shipping fees. Thank you for your understanding.
What is your Guarantee? We will make every effort to reproduce and match the quality of the original images that we receive. While we use FDA-approved food colored inks, the image may not be exact. We are printing on "candy" and not photo quality paper. The image will not be "perfect." We make every effort to print the image the best that we can. We are limited to some color reproduction qualities. Due to this, we can not always guarantee an exact match of photo perfect images. If the image is small and we are requested to make a larger image, some quality will be lost.
